Instructions
Vinaigrette
Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and 1 pinch Kosher salt in a bowl until dressing is smooth
Salad
Arrange ingredients on a platter: Alternate tomato slices, peach slices, basil leaves, and mozzarella slices in layers
Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle remaining salt on top
